And we’re on to day 4 of the Floral Radiograph Fabric blog tour. Today we have the most amazing seamstress presenting what she made with the fabric I designed. I am a total fangirl of Katy from No Big Dill. When I put together this blog tour, I emailed Katy crossing my fingers that she might reply. To have her as part of the tour today is somehow like a small dream come true!
First of all, let me give an example of why I’m so much in awe of Katy from No Big Dill. There are 26 different substrates that you can have your design printed on at My Fabric Designs. Katy had enough expert knowledge to choose silk crinkle linen. I got to put my hands on this fabric before I sent it to Katy, and YOU. GUYS. It is amazing! Here’s a peek of what Katy made.
I don’t know about you, but that looks like a skirt to me! I’m, off to check it out! Please enter the giveaway below for a chance to win $50 from My Fabric Designs. And return tomorrow for the final stop on the Floral Radiograph Fabric blog tour. I hope you’ve been as inspired as I have been!

Today’s guests on the Floral Radiograph Fabric Blog Tour probably need no introduction. Nevertheless, I want to say a few words. When I found the Elizabeth and liZ, the two ladies who run Project Run & Play and Simple Simon & Company, I felt like I’d found my people. Women who love home making and sewing and are dedicated to their families above all else? Plus they host an annual charity event all about skirts! Like I said, my people!
All the projects that Elizabeth and liZ have going on, designing their own fabric, designing patterns, quilt market sewing, quilting, and above all their dedication to their expanding families means these two ladies have a lot of balls to keep in the air! But I still had the audacity to ask them to join the Floral Radiograph fabric blog tour. And probably because they are too nice to say no, not because the fabric I designed is anything special, they accepted my
invitation plea. They have this preview photo for us today.
It’s a skirt!!! Click on their photo to be taken to their post. You won’t be sorry! These dear ladies created something near and dear to my heart using my B&W Floral Radiograph Crosshatch fabric in organic cotton interlock knit. In this sneak peek, and when you go read their post, you can see the other design I created. It is the same daisy X-ray art, but in an offset, reflected pattern which I love so much! This design also comes in the following 8 colors.
Please visit my page at My Fabric Designs to see all my designs on fabric! I’d be delighted to see what you can do with this fabric too. Either use #floralradiographfabric on social media, or send us an email!

See you tomorrow for another creation starring fabric I designed!
Today I have a some very special things for you. Do you remember the fabric I designed? This week my fabric is going on tour to the blogs of some very special ladies. You won’t want to miss a single day! And at the end of this post there is a $50 fabric giveaway!
When I sewed the Eleena Dress with fabric I had designed, I knew the fabric had a lot of potential and I wanted to see what some really, really accomplished seamstresses would do with it. Thus the Floral Radiograph Fabric Blog Tour was born.
So I sent fabric to four of my sewing idols. These ladies all have so much talent with the sewing machine, and behind the camera that I am continually inspired and in awe. Today, I have the absolute honor of introducing you to Olga who blogs at Coffee + Thread. You’ve seen me mention her here before, in fact, she is the designer of the Eleena Dress. Olga chose to use my large Black and White Floral Radiograph Fabric in organic cotton interlock knit fabric. I petted this fabric a little before I sent it to her, and it is really, very, dreamily soft! Olga sent me a preview photo of her creation, and I am in just as much of a hurry as you are to click on through and see what she made! Click on the photo below to be transported to a beautiful place…
If you love what you see and you would like some Floral Radiograph fabric, I now have 2 designs available in 8 different colors over at My Fabric Designs. Here’s a glimpse at all the colors:
