  1. I honestly don’t know who in their right mind would spend that much on a childs skirt. Such a complete waste of money. It’s insane to me how people are and what they spend money on. Children grow so quickly and I doubt the craftsmanship or materials on that skirt is really worth that! Even a full grown ladies skirt I would have trouble spending that much money. At least a woman could get years of use from it though! Hopefully!
